How it works

Three readings. One session. No menus.

A proper home measurement is two or three readings a minute apart. Sysdia is built around exactly that, so logging never takes longer than measuring.

Type, and it moves on

Enter the three numbers from your monitor. The cursor jumps to the next field by itself, and Save is always in reach.

Readings become a session

Readings taken within a few minutes of each other are grouped and averaged, so one odd reading doesn't set the tone.

The trend, not the noise

Morning and evening averages, a 7-day figure, and one clear chart, from a week back to your first reading.

The week before the appointment

Asked to measure for a week? Sysdia keeps count.

The home protocol in European guidelines is two readings every morning and every evening for seven days. Sysdia shows which days are complete and works out the 7-day average from them, ready to hand over.

For your doctor

A report built to be read in a minute.

Many diary apps charge for the doctor's report. In Sysdia it's free, for any range you choose.

Your context on top, like a new medicine and when you started it, so nothing needs explaining.
Averages first: overall, morning, evening and the 7-day protocol, each with its count.
One chart, with dashed reference lines at 135/85, the home thresholds in European guidelines.
Every session by day, starred at or above 135/85 so it survives a black-and-white print.

Questions

Good to know

Anything else: hello@sysdia.app

Is it really free?

Yes. Every feature, the doctor's report included. No ads, no premium tier, no trial that runs out.

Is Sysdia a medical device?

No. It's a diary: it records what your monitor shows, averages it and lays it out clearly. It doesn't diagnose anything or tell you what to do. That's your doctor's job.

Which blood-pressure monitor do I need?

Any home monitor. You type the numbers in, so there's nothing to pair or connect.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, in the browser on any phone or computer, and you can add it to your home screen like an app.

Who can see my readings?

You. They're never sold, shared or used for advertising, and they never leave the server in Helsinki.

Can I take my data elsewhere?

Any time. Download every reading as a CSV file from Settings, or a PDF for any date range.
